Rod Sawing
We can saw up to 360 mm round rods with a length tolerance of -0/+2 mm depending on the diameter.
Pipe Sawing
Depending on the wall thickness, we can saw up to an outer diameter of 360 mm.
Rod Chamfering
Currently we are able to chamfer rods up to 80 mm round, however depending on the length of the rod.
Material Inspection
Through the additional training of individual employees in the field of radiation protection as well as the purchase of an X-ray fluorescence device, we are able to additionally analyze all materials. This way we again increase the safety of our customers and 100% exclude any material mix-ups.
Restamping
We have a restamping agreement with TÜV Hessen (German Technical Inspection Agency of Hesse) and are therefore able to supply restamping certificates not only for products destined for plants requiring inspection, but also to satisfy small-scale needs by providing the complete documentation at short notice.
Setting up a Consignment Warehouse
As an additional service, we offer to set up a consignment warehouse for our customers. This means that our customers are not exposed to any logistical risk and can withdraw the material and products as required. This service provides relief to our customers by tying up less of their own capital.
Logistics Management
We take care of packing with environmentally-friendly packing materials for our customers, organizing the transport of goods and preparing or assisting in the provision of all export documents. At the customer's request, we can also produce all the necessary documents ourselves.
